Our remanufacturing process consists of six parts: disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly, balancing and final inspection. Balancing is one of the primary steps in a turbo remanufacturing. Nowadays, a turbo runs at over 230,000 rpm, and every form of imbalance will immediately or in time lead to major damage to the turbo. That is why remanufacturing starts with balancing.
