Does the repair of my turbo come with a warranty?

We offer a 24-month warranty on the repair of your turbo. Check our general terms & conditions.

How do I make a claim on my turbo warranty?

Go to our warranty page for registered turbos. Please call us if your turbo is not registered.

Are the costs of labour covered under the warranty?

Labour is only covered if you registered your turbo before assembly and have a valid TurboPartner 2.0 membership. Read the exact rules here. Go to our warranty page to submit a claim for a registered turbo. If your turbo is not registered, please call us.

How much will I have to pay if I don’t agree with the quoted repair cost?

The analysis of your turbo costs €125, excluding VAT and including transport.

What do I do if I have not received an invoice yet?

Send an email to administratie@th-group.eu, stating your name and address details and the item number you ordered. We will send you the invoice as soon as possible.

How can I request a duplicate invoice?

Can I order a turbo actuator?

We do not supply actuators, only complete turbos. Turbo repair and/or the replacement of an actuator requires specialist knowledge and machinery.

We do not supply turbo parts, only complete turbos. This is because turbo repair requires specialist knowledge and machinery.

The supplied gasket or assembly set is not complete and/or is not the right one.

Can I bring in my car to have the turbo replaced?

We do not work on your car. We can refer you to one of our certified TurboPartners, however. Contact us to receive the contact details of your nearest TurboPartner.

Contact our administrative department: they will be happy to help you. Make sure you have your proof of delivery at hand, or send it to administratie@th-group.eu.

Why must I pay a deposit?

At TH, we take back your old turbo to reuse it as raw materials. This cuts costs, which in turn keeps down the sales price. And, in turn, that benefits you.

How soon will my deposit be refunded?

If you purchased your turbo from TH, we will refund the deposit within 30 days of receiving your old turbo. If you purchased your turbo from your wholesaler, you must enquire with your wholesaler when they will refund your deposit.

How can I become a TurboPartner?

Go to our registration page to register as a TurboPartner.

The link or URL to the online annual examination doesn’t work.

In some outdated browsers, the annual examination does not work as it should due to the browser’s outdated technology. Use a recent browser like Chrome. You can find a manual here.
